Swine Flu-
*** (REVISED 11/09). We have received a limited quantity of H1N1 vaccines which we are distributing to those who have previously signed up. If you have a scheduled appointment that you are canceling please call us so that someone else may be immunized. As we receive more vaccine we will let you know through this website. We are following the recommendations for the CDC in recommending this vaccine to all children over 6 months of age.
For more information about the H1N1 flu and for specific information about the vaccines please refer to the websites below.

Flu Program-
PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN. We have flu vaccine now and are trying to immunize as many people as early as possible. The Center for Disease Control recommends that all children from 6 months to 18 years be vaccinated. Evidence shows that use of vaccine keeps kids (and sometimes their parents) out of the hospital and markedly decreases illness. We have nasal flu vaccine and injections for children 6 mos. to 18yrs. in stock for non-Medicaid patients and both are expected to provide 9-12 months of protection. Vaccine supplies ARE being interupted because of delays caused by competition to release the H1N1 vaccine. Currently, the only available vaccine that we have is Flumist for those > 2 yrs. (privatelly insured pts.)and a small number of < 36 mos. doses for Medicaid patients.
Please check this site twice weekly for details.
We will not receive injectable flu doses for any children over 36 months. Please use other sources if you cannot receive Flumist at this time.
When to come in? We are making APPOINTMENTS for the following days and times.
Tuesday and Thursday 10-12:30 and 2-4:30
Friday 2-4:30
If none of these times are convenient please let us know so we can see if we can accommodate you.
Please call for an appointment.
